Do I pay for service upfront?
No, there is No Obligation, and No Payment required up front. Fill out our Design Request Form first. We will confirm your order usually within 24 hours. Your banners are then designed, and revised if necessary, until you are satisfied with the designs. Your order is finalized once you pay for your order via credit card over the PayPal secure payment server. Upon receipt of payment, we will email your finalized banner graphics.
Do I need a PayPal account to pay for my banners?
No. All major credit cards are accepted, and ATM cards with the Visa or Mastercard symbol are accepted through the PayPal secure payment server. At the end of the checkout process, you will have the option to set up a PayPal account, which will retain your billing information. This is a good option allowing quicker checkout for future purchases on any website accepting PayPal payments, however it is optional.
How long will it take to design my order?
Typical (default) turn-around is 1 week from the time you submit a design request form and confirm the order. However, you may specify a due date on the form as either 72 hours, 1 week, or 1-2 weeks. Times are approximations, and actual turn-around times may be extended due to factors such as computer servers temporarily being down, placing a very large order, submitting a request on a major holiday, etc. Be assured that we are dedicated to providing you a service that you will be satisfied with 100%. Under normal circumstances, turn-around times will be met, if not exceeded.
I don't see the banner size that I want. Can I request a custom size?
Yes, fill out our Design Request Form, and specify what "other sizes" you want. In most cases, standard banner prices apply to custom sizes. However, if your banner is extra large, we may require a price increase on very large custom sized banners.
Can I order animated banners?
Yes, we can provide animation to your banners for no extra charge. When filling out your Design Reqeust Form, specify whether you want static or animated banners, and what sizes of each. Animated banners are in the form of a .gif file. We currently do not offer Flash animation (.swf files).
I have a graphic in mind that I'd like to use in my banner. Can you work with my graphics?
We can work with whatever graphics you may already have if you'd like to use it as your design base, or if you simply want to show us an example of what you'd like to see for your design. Specify this info in the Design Request Form.
Can I order a banner from a design template?
No, we don't create designs from templates. We custom design your banners based on your needs. Each banner is unique and we will not copy or use the same design for another customer. For this reason we have created our Design Request Form comprised of a series of questions to better understand exactly what you're looking for. The more information you give us, the better. Your initial ideas, combined with our creative skills, will generate a unique design that we are confident you will be pleased with.
What design programs do you use to create your banners?
We use the industry standard Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Image Ready for all banner designs.
What file types does your service offer?
Banners are created to either static .gif or .jpg files, which are standard web graphics. If you would like an animated banner, the file format will be a .gif. A static banner may be either .gif or .jpg. We will determine what file format will best suite your needs. However, you may specify on the Design Request Form which file format you want, if you have a preference.
Can you sell me the uncompressed .tif, .eps, or .psd files for publication purposes?
Yes, although not specified in our products or order page, if you'd like to obtain the original .tif, .eps, or .psd Photoshop file for publication purposes, such as printing business cards, stationary, etc., or if you'd simply like to obtain the original working file so you can make future edits to the graphic on your own, just let us know and we'll give you a price quote. Pricing will depend on the size and amount of work involved in the banner graphic.
